I started my 5 Day Challenge so that I could help share my knowledge about all  things health, fitness and nutrition and motivate those who were not able to attend one of my seminars or Lifestyle camps.

These groups are so good because everyone is doing it together. There is a support network which helps to encourage everyone to stick to the challenge and I am available every day to guide, monitor and answer questions.

In these challenges I focus on the various different aspects of health and fitness and each challenge has a different theme. The challenges involve:

  • Weight loss through nutrition: which includes a free 5 day meal plan with recipes of all the meals and snacks. My recipes are easy to make and full of flavour. Eating clean doesn't mean it has to be bland.

  • Weight loss and toning through workouts: which includes 5 workouts. Each workout focuses on a different aspect of physical fitness which guides and educates you about safe and effective training. The best thing is that all the workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. So you don't have to go to a gym to do them.

  • Health through mindfulness: which includes 5 task that teach you to be mindful, positive and less stressed. In order to be healthy you need to have a balanced lifestyle with a healthy body, mind and soul. These challenges offer exercises such as meditations, breathing, stretching and creating positive affirmations.
