For over 20 years as an athlete I have learned and practice the most effective exercises and movement patterns to get in the best shape of my life and to be the strongest and fittest I can possibly be.

As an athlete in gymnastics, Jiu Jitsu an Figure I have trained my body for very specific purposes for my various sports. As a teacher, coach and a personal trainer for more than 15 years I have worked with many different people of different fitness levels and body types and throughout years. Throughout my years of training and teaching I have created these workouts that consist exercises and movement patterns that work best to become strong, fit, lean and toned with a balanced, healthy body.

My workouts involve working many different muscle groups at one time and are predominately body weight based exercises that are most effective at burning calories and losing weight while getting toned at the same time.
