My Lifestyle Camps aren't just BJJ training camps they are an overall lifestyle experience which is what makes them so unique. These camps are are amalgamation of all the aspects of my life over the years as not only a BJJ practitioner and competitor, but as a teacher, trainer, nutritionist and guide.
For many years my job has involved helping people lead healthier more balanced lives and these camps are all about that - helping to achieve a sense of balance. Taking a break away from the daily grind and having some YOU time. I focus as much on healthy nutrition as I do BJJ. I also focus on the mental aspect of living such as taking time out to connect with nature, meditation, yoga and empowerment.
The camps which involve 5 days of training and eating lots of freshly cooked nutritious meals is also fabulous opportunity to connect with other women. It is a chance to train with other women in a supportive, non competitive environment where you can exchange information and build on your Jiu Jitsu techniques. It is also a time to hang out with other like minded amazing women make lifelong friendships and built on this sisterhood of women coming together from all corners of the globe to share the love of Jiu Jitsu, health and fitness.
