Come join me for an epic time at One Academy in Lancaster, Ohio on July 24 and 25. On Friday the 24th I’ll be teaching an evening Women’s Workshop where we’ll be covering techniques more relatable to women’s BJJ and opening it up to Q&A.
On Saturday the 25th I’ll be teaching a co -ed seminar.
