On Friday May 17 I'll be teaching a Women's Self Defense Workshop to help bring awareness and support this cause. This is open to all levels. I'll be teaching some essentials and empowering techniques.
On Saturday May 18 I'll be teaching a Co ed Seminar, open to guys and gals. This will be at the hanger in Mesa AZ and open to all gyms and all affiliations. Lets connect, learn lots, have fun and support this cause!
I am heading back to Colorado on May 4th to Six Blades South Denver. This is yet another opportunity for the ladies to learn from a female and learn techniques that are specific to them.
I am so blessed to be teaching at this prestigious event alongside some BJJ Masters such as Master Ricardo Calvacante and Professor Buno Bastos. This will be held at Da Firma Training Center In Chesapeake VIrginia on Saturday April 13.
