Who says broccoli is boring? There are so many ways that we can make super healthy food delicious and still keep it healthy, in that it is mostly raw to retain all the enzymes which we need for digestion (and pretty much every other function in our bodies). Broccoli is loaded with vitamins and minerals and has anti cancer and anti inflammatory properties.
