Benefits of going to the beach reduces tension and stress. In addition to the act of going to the beach being relaxing and fun, a bath in the sea can make everything much better. It strengthens the immune system. It's an incredible ride.

I was honored to teach a seminar at Gracie Largo in Clearwater, Florida a couple of weeks ago. This was an amazing way for me to begin my big trip with a seminar followed by a Lifestyle Camp.
I focused on self defense, framing and then setting up lethal attacks which is so important for the women who learn.
