I am super excited to be heading to Texas to teach some seminars. I can’t wait to share some of my BJJ and meet new people and see some familiar faces. My first stop will be in Houston on Friday Jan 31 at Groundwellers Jiu Jitsu Academy where I will be teaching a women’s self defense workshop. These workshops are a great opportunity to delve in depth into techniques that work better for women.

I will be teaching a co ed seminar on Saturday April 29 and a women's workshop on Sunday April 30 at Clarke's University of Martial Arts in Oregon. I believe that each the seminar is $65 and the workshop is $50. For those ladies who would like to attend both you receive a discount and pay $100. THis past weekend I had 3 seminars in Colorado. I taught initially at Colorado Springs at CSBJJ on the Saturday and then the following day was a crazy day with a seminar at Rocky Mountain BJJ and another one at Katharo Training Center. My focus for all the seminars was passing and movement from on top. I am so blessed to be able to meet so many amazing people on my BJJ travels.
I have lots of travelling planned which is so fantastic since i get to meet so many amazing people. My next stop for seminars in in Michigan adn Scorpion Fight Systems. Last week I finished off my year of seminars in Boise, Idaho. I taught a women's workshop on the Friday 11th November and then a co ed seminar on the Saturday the 12th. It waas so great to be able to share my knowledge and to also be able to workshop and problem solve with the ladies.
